• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in administration, sales operations, inventory management, or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of sales order processing, inventory control, billing administration, and operational coordination.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and experience using ERP or inventory management systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, lead operational initiatives, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational timelines.

Sales Order & Operations Coordination

• Process and manage sales orders submitted by the sales team

• Coordinate with warehouse team for order processing and shipment arrangements

• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

• Follow up on pending orders, delivery schedules, and operational issues

Inventory & Stock Management

• Handle stock allocation and stock transfer processes

• Monitor stock movement and inventory accuracy

• Manage stock shipment and goods receiving (GRN)

• Solve the problem of inventory counting.

Billing & Pricing Administration

• Prepare and verify billing-related documentation

• Verify pricing structure, price updates, and rebate policies

• Maintain and update product pricing accurately

• Ensure correct billing before invoice issuance

• Coordinate with finance team regarding billing matters

Reporting & Commission Management

• Prepare commission reports accurately and on time

• Generate operational and sales-related reports

• Maintain proper records and reporting documentation

Cross-Functional Team Monitoring

• Monitor and coordinate operations across:

  • Sales Admin Team

  • Operation Team

  • Outlet Team

  • IIVMS team

• Ensure all teams follow SOP and operational timelines

• Act as key liaison between departments to resolve operational issues

. System & Process Control

• Ensure proper system usage and permission control

• Support operational troubleshooting in system-related issues

• Identify process gaps and propose improvements
