Working Details

• Location: George Town , Gurney Paragon Mall Penang( Italian luxury bag store )

• Working Hours： Morning Shift 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Afternoon Shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM ( Change schedule by weekly)

• Working Days : 6 days per week( Work weekend )

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification

• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel

• Responsible, honest, and able to work independently

Job R & R

• Customer Service & Front Desk

• Greet and assist walk-in customers

• Handle calls, WhatsApp & emails

• Assist customers with purchases

• Receive payments & record daily sales

• Perform basic admin tasks (data entry, filing, reports)

• Manage appointments & follow-ups

• Ensure showroom is clean and presentable

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or front desk is an advantage

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
