Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
Relevant working experience in the manufacturing or FMCG industry is an added advantage but not compulsory.
Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and work pass management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, iFlexi HRM, or other equivalent HR systems.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
A good team player with a positive and cooperative attitude.
Possess a strong Can-Do attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, payroll, performance and talent management, internal communication, employee relations, and administration.
Process accurate full-cycle monthly payroll, reconciliation reports, and other relevant statutory reports, including EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, and related submissions.
Manage and coordinate learning and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and other activities organized by the HR Department.
Develop and implement company policies and procedures related to people management, ensuring compliance with labour and industrial relations regulations.
Implement and administer HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals, professional standards, and applicable state and federal laws and regulatory requirements.
Support current and future business needs through effective talent development, employee engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
Conduct and facilitate employee appraisal exercises and salary surveys, and assist in developing and analyzing the company's performance evaluation programs.
Manage recruitment activities, including creating and updating job descriptions, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters, including staff misconduct and disciplinary actions. Provide guidance to management on best practices in accordance with employment laws.
Work closely with various departments to support and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
