Responsibilities

Support the team with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely distribution and response.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Provide basic customer service support, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
