- Diploma or above in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience (manufacturing background is an advantage)
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin (to communicate with HQ management)
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
- Familiar with Malaysia Labour Law, EPF/SOCSO/EIS regulations, and local HR practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently under pressure
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
HR Functions:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interview arrangement, and on/off-boarding process
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and overtime data
- Assist in payroll preparation and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Support training coordination and foreign worker / expatriate work permit applications
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling in compliance with Malaysia Labour Law
Admin Functions:
- Oversee office supplies, facility maintenance, company vehicles, canteen, and dormitory
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee welfare activities
- Liaise with government authorities for statutory inspections and document submissions
- Provide administrative support to management team, including basic translation and cross-cultural communication
