Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records and documentation.
Assist in the recruitment process, such as scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and coordinating onboarding.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Maintain and update HR databases and systems with accurate employee information.
Support the organization of HR events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as required.
