HR Executive​​​​

Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia​​​

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of HR experience; knowledge of Malaysian labor laws is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & HRM systems.
• Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin.
• Detail-oriented, patient, and a team player.

• Handle recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information.
• Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
• Assist in implementing HR policies in compliance with Malaysian labor laws.

• Work location: Johor Bahru
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM(5-day system)
