Requirements
HR Executive
Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience; knowledge of Malaysian labor laws is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & HRM systems.
- Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin.
- Detail-oriented, patient, and a team player.
Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information.
- Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
- Assist in implementing HR policies in compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
