Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business & Finance or a related field.

• Minimum 5–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

• Extensive hands-on experience in managing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions.

• Proven experience in handling employee disciplinary matters, domestic inquiries, and industrial relations.

• Strong experience overseeing payroll administration and statutory compliance.

• Familiar with any HR systems

Job Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job description to onboarding stellar new hires

• Design and implement initiatives that boost employee morale, retention, and a collaborative team culture

• Guide the team through annual reviews, goal-setting cycles, and professional development paths

• Maintain and update the employee handbook, ensuring strict adherence to local laws and best practices

• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administrations and salary benchmarking

Office and Administrative Management

• Oversee daily office operations (include corporate licenses, permit), security, facility maintenance

• Manage vendor relationships and keep supplies stocked

• Manage administrative and purchase budget, tracking expenditures to maximize cost-efficiency

• Assist management with high-level coordination, event planning and internal communications.
