Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in a Human Resources role.
Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Malaysia Employment Act and local statutory regulations.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel is a must for data analysis) and hands-on experience with SQL Account System.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across all levels.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Liaise with department heads to identify hiring needs and candidate requirements.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
Handle administrative tasks including preparation of offer letters, confirmation letters, and HR-related correspondence.
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Payroll Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate monthly payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
Ensure full compliance with the Malaysia Employment Act and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB).
Utilize SQL Account System for efficient payroll data management and reporting.
