Minimum Bachelor

Having Business level English.

Having at least 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if you have relevant Sales Admin experience (including internships).

Preparing Quotations & Invoices: Preparing and issuing quotations, invoices, and delivery orders (DO) for clients based on sales requests.

Product Procurement & Ordering: Checking stock availability and processing product orders with the factory or purchasing department to secure the items.

Delivery & Logistics Coordination: Coordinating with the logistics team and suppliers to arrange delivery schedules for customers.

Customer Inquiry Handling: Responding to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery status via phone or email.

Ad-hoc Duties: Handling any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the management/supervisor.
