Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• HR/Admin experience is an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.

• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer letter preparation.

• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, fingerprint registration, and staff ID issuance.

• Maintain employee records and HR database.

• Prepare HR reports including headcount, attendance, leave records, and manpower reports.

• Assist in processing EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and insurance claims.

• Provide administrative support for daily HR operations.

• Handle employee enquiries and HR documentation.

• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
