Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Associate to be the operational backbone of our HR team. You will handle everything from back-end administrative documentation and recruitment coordination to front-end employee engagement programs and festive celebrations.
Job Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support role (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Familiarity with HR software (HRIS) is a plus but not required.
Proficient in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) and Malay is optional.
Organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities
Support staff welfare activities and company events (e.g., team building, festive celebrations, employee engagement programs).
Assist in office administration and basic facilities management.
Support recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, and candidate contact/interview scheduling.
Assist in onboarding process, including orientation coordination and preparation of welcome kits, and workstation setup for new joiners.
Support offboarding process including exit clearance checklist, return of company property, and exit documentation.
Maintain HR records, employee files, and general HR documentation in an organized and confidential manner.
Any other ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned by the Management/HR team from time to time.
