Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience, with solid knowledge of the recruitment process.
Experience in campus recruitment, graduate recruitment, or talent acquisition will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, universities, candidates, and hiring managers.
Good interviewing, candidate assessment, and coordination skills.
Familiar with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, university career portals, and other sourcing channels.
Able to work independently and manage multiple recruitment activities and deadlines.
Willing to travel for university visits, career fairs, career talks, and recruitment events.
Proficient in English and Mandarin would be an advantage.
Proactive, organised, responsible, and results-oriented.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, resume screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, selection, and offer preparation.
Lead campus recruitment activities including career talks, career fairs, university visits, online recruitment sessions, and graduate hiring programmes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centres, lecturers, student organisations, and faculty representatives.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for fresh graduates, management trainees, engineering and technical positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, university career platforms, recruitment agencies, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and candidate profiles.
Conduct initial interviews and provide candidate recommendations and recruitment reports to hiring managers.
Coordinate assessments, interviews, reference checks, background checks, and employment offers.
Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing, including job advertisements, campus recruitment materials, career talks, and social media recruitment content.
Manage employee onboarding, including preparation of employment documents, orientation and coordination with relevant departments.
Handle employee offboarding, internal transfers, contract renewals, and employment-related documentation.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment requirements.
Prepare regular recruitment reports covering hiring progress, candidate sources, campus activities, recruitment costs, and hiring effectiveness.
Support other HR projects and activities as assigned.
