Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR documentation.

Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality and work effectively as part of a team.

Assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, induction and maintenance of employee records.

Coordinate employee training, competency assessments and training documentation.

Support the implementation of company HR policies, employee welfare initiatives and workplace safety practices.

Assist in maintaining HR documentation for internal and external audits, including ISO-related requirements.

Support employee engagement, performance management and other HR administrative activities.
