Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Able to communicate confidently in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience in telemarketing, customer service, collections, or administrative work is an advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
Contact clients via phone to follow up on outstanding payments and account matters.
Conduct cold calling to introduce company services and generate potential leads.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide relevant information.
Assist with general administrative tasks, filing, documentation, and data entry.
Prepare reports and update customer databases when required.
Support daily office operations and perform other duties assigned by management.
