• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Mandarin speaker is mandatory for this position.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Docs)
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome

岗位职责

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp / phone / email
• Assist in scheduling, documentation, and basic admin work
• Maintain customer records and filing
• Support daily office operations
