Job Scope:
1. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all used cars detail
2. Assistance in Sales & Purchase: Assist Used Car Sellers and Buyers by
administering the selling and purchase of used cars.
3. Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for
vehicle sales, transfers, and registrations.
4. Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to ensure all paperwork is
completed accurately and on time.
5. Compliance: Ensure all vehicles meet regulatory requirements and
company standards before sale.
6. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as
data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
-Organise and maintain filing system.
-Key in and ensure accurate data entry.
-Organise and prepare operation schedules.
