Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
- Retail, F&B, or multi-outlet experience is highly preferred
- Experience supporting both HQ and operational teams is an advantage
- HR certifications are an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HRIS systems management.
- Formulate, update, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization, adhering to Malaysian labor laws and best practices.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent, working closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive employee development initiatives through training programs and performance management systems, supporting career growth and enhancing overall organizational capabilities.
- Utilize HRIS systems for efficient data management, reporting, and analysis to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Malaysia, and maintain accurate employee records.
