Requirements
Who We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Administration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relations (IR), and Malaysian labour laws
Experience handling employee documentation, official correspondence, and HR records
Familiar with payroll administration, attendance tracking, leave management, and HR operations
Knowledge and hands-on experience in Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), Domestic Inquiry (DI), disciplinary actions, and other employee relations matters
Basic onboarding knowledge, including new employee induction and documentation process
Basic understanding of foreign worker matters, including work permits/visa, FOMEMA, and related compliance requirements
Experience using HRMIS / HR systems (e.g., HR MySyarikat) for employee data and HR processes
Able to coordinate with external parties such as lawyers, HR consultants, and government agencies when required
Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills with ability to prioritize work effectively
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information professionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end HR operations including employee records, documentation, and HR administration
Manage official correspondence, surat menyurat, and ensure proper filing and tracking of HR documents
Assist in payroll preparation including attendance, leave, overtime, and related data checking
Manage employee relations matters including Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), Domestic Inquiry (DI), disciplinary cases, and follow-up actions
Coordinate with external parties such as lawyers, HR consultants, and relevant authorities when required
Support recruitment, onboarding, and basic employee induction processes
Handle foreign worker administration including visa/work permit matters, FOMEMA, and related compliance requirements
Maintain and update HR system (HR MySyarikat) and ensure data accuracy
Follow up on HR cases, ensure proper documentation, and execute action plans based on company procedures
Ensure compliance with Employment Act, Industrial Relations, and company HR policies
Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks assigned by management
