Job Description

Requirements

As Omega Pork Noodle continues to expand its presence in Singapore, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading HR operations and acting as the key contact person for all human resource functions within the organization.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.

  • Familiarity with Singapore MOM regulations, employment laws, and compliance matters.

  • Experience handling Work Permit applications and renewals.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage assigned responsibilities efficiently and accurately.

  • Good recruitment skills, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of Omega Pork Noodle.

  • Oversee all aspects of the employee life-cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, employee relations, and off-boarding.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Singapore and Malaysia, and develop/update HR policies and procedures accordingly.

  • Manage the recruitment and staffing process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the company's talent acquisition needs.

  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting strong employee relations, addressing grievances, and implementing employee engagement initiatives.

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management systems that drive employee growth and organizational success.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records .

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR projects and initiatives to support the company's growth and operational efficiency.
