Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of HR & administrative experience (payroll experience is preferred)
Background in manufacturing, data center, or M&E engineering companies is an advantage
Must be able to communicate in Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Responsibilities
Handle payroll processing and leave management
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain HR records and filing systems
Support daily administrative tasks and office operations
Liaise with external parties
Perform any other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties assigned by management
