岗位职责
To assist in coordinating interview schedules, including phone screenings and face-to-face interview arrangements.
To support interview sessions, including assisting interviewers where required.
To assist in coordinating and preparing post-interview documentation, including Pre-Employment Medical Examination letters and obtaining necessary approvals for successful candidates.
To assist in preparing Letters of Offer in accordance with approved terms and conditions.
To ensure all required employment documentation is complete and properly recorded.
To assist in preparing onboarding documentation and arrangements for new hires, including uniforms, ID tags, access cards, email registration, and business cards.
