Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field

At least 1–2 years of administrative experience (experience in automotive industry is an advantage)
Familiar with vehicle documentation processes (JPJ, ownership transfer, etc.) is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Good organizational and time management skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
Manage and organize vehicle documents such as registration, ownership transfer, and insurance paperwork
Assist in processing sales documentation and liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., JPJ, Puspakom)
Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, sales, and customer information
Coordinate with sales team to support transaction processes
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information when needed
Prepare reports, invoices, and other administrative documents
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
