Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a generalist HR role.
Ensure HR practices comply with the Employment Act 1955 and other relevant labour laws.
Responsibilities
1. People Development and Engagement
· Plan, develop and manage people development relative activity and program to ensure achieve of the goals and objectives of the company.
· Assist in identifying employee for career and succession planning through consultation with department head.
· Responsible for Training Needs Analysis and assist in talent development initiatives and program to meet company’s needs.
· Manage the employee relation activities and organising social activities.
2. System Development and Deployment
· Develop, implement and administer the compensation and benefits packages for the various levels of employees.
· Liaises with government bodies to ensure compliance with government on employment requirements and its regulation.
· Maintain and review the existing HR Policies and Procedures, Employee Handbook by recommending the necessary changes in line with HR best practice and in compliance with relevant laws.
· To supervise payroll administration function to ensure its accuracy and compliance with statutory requirement.
3. Recruitment
· Preparation of Manpower Requisition Form to ensure recruitment of headcount is according to the budgeted headcount.
· Recruitment process – with involves developing job descriptions, preparing job advertisement, filtering application form, shortlisting, interviewing and recommending suitable candidates.
· To develop and conduct orientation program for newly joined employee.
· To lead and manage career fairs and collaborate with the universities and professional bodies for hiring activities.
