Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Minimum 1 years of experience using UBS & SQL Payroll System
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour law and HR compliance
Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Able to handle confidential information with integrity
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new employees
Handle compensation, benefits administration and payroll-related matters
Support performance management and employee development initiatives
