<Requirements>
• Minimum SPM certification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in machinery operation and equipment handling.
• Good understanding and awareness of IMS requirements.

• Ensure daily engineering operations are carried out in accordance with technical requirements, machine setup, and Integrated Management System (IMS) standards.
• Support the implementation and integration of the organization’s IMS across all relevant processes.
• Understand and effectively implement IMS requirements, including policies and objectives, among staff and workers.
• Assist in implementing and communicating Risk & Opportunities, Aspects & Impacts, and HIRARC, ensuring that relevant action plans are executed.
• Perform setup, maintenance, and testing of equipment, machinery, and tools (e.g., moulds, dies, jigs, and related items).
• Ensure all machinery, equipment, and tools are maintained in good working condition and are safe for use; report any abnormalities to the Engineering Supervisor.
• Ensure the safe handling and disposal of chemicals and scheduled waste in compliance with CLASS Regulations 2013 and USECHH Regulations 2000.
• Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and timely replacement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for hazardous processes.
• Maintain and ensure all IMS-related engineering documentation and records meet established requirements.
• Adhere to safe operating practices at all times.
