• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in: IT Quality Assurance, Application Support, Business Analysis, IT Service Management OR Project Coordination

• Hands-on experience in UAT, testing, defect tracking, and release validation.

• Strong documentation and process mapping skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes.

• Exposure to user adoption, training delivery, and change management.

• Understanding of data governance, privacy, and quality controls.

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.

• Regional/APAC project experience.

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Support UAT, regression, smoke testing, and release validation activities.

• Develop and maintain test scripts, test evidence, and testing documentation.

• Track defects, issues, and enhancement requests while coordinating with users, vendors, and IT teams.

• Conduct post-release reviews and gather user feedback.

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain and update governance documentation, SOPs, work instructions, user guides, FAQs, and process flow diagrams.

• Ensure all documentation remains accurate, traceable, and aligned with business processes.

• Support periodic reviews and audits.

Training & Knowledge Management

• Develop training materials and knowledge articles.

• Support user onboarding and system adoption activities.

• Identify recurring issues and continuously improve training content.

Usage Monitoring & Adoption

• Monitor system usage, engagement metrics, and adoption trends.

• Maintain reports and dashboards.

• Identify adoption gaps and recommend improvements.

Change Management & Communication

• Prepare user-friendly release notes, newsletters, system announcements, and outage communications.

• Support stakeholder engagement and communication planning.

• Coordinate user awareness and training activities.

Change Request Coordination

• Manage change request tracking and administration.

• Capture business requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Coordinate stakeholders, testing progress, release readiness, and deployment activities.

Service Quality Support

• Support incident, problem, and service request coordination.

• Track service metrics and recurring issues.

• Assist with audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
