Requirements
Education Level:SPM or equivalent.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR administration/support is preferred (Fresh graduates with a strong passion for HR are welcome to apply!)
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring Support (招聘与录用)
Post job advertisements on various platforms to attract talent.
Screen resumes, shortlist qualified candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
Assist in candidate background checks, prepare Offer Letters, Employment Contracts, and updated recruitment databases.
Onboarding & Orientation (新员工入职安排)
Prepare onboarding documents for new hires and assist in drafting orientation slides.
Issue new employee announcements and facilitate the smooth welcoming/reporting process.
Ensure all new employee profiles are updated in the company system.
Training Coordination (培训协调)
Coordinate internal and external training sessions for staff development.
Research and identify suitable training programs, including HRD Corp claimable courses.
Maintain and update comprehensive training records.
Filing & Documentation (文件管理)
Organize, label, and file employee documents systematically.
Update personnel records regularly while ensuring maximum confidentiality and security of HR data.
Administrative Support & Ad-hoc Tasks (行政支援及临时任务)
Support daily HR administrative duties and execute tasks assigned by management.
Assist in human resource projects and employee engagement activities when required.
