Responsibilities
Process orders via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Verify accuracy of orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
Contact clients to obtain missing information or resolve queries.
Coordinate with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports.
Communicate important customer feedback internally.
Monitor sales targets and report any deviations.
Stay informed about new products and features.
