任职资格
Must be able working 5.5 days - Monday - Saturday
Candidates must possess at least a SPM /DIPLOMA in any related field.
Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia. and Mandarin (preferably).
Preferably those with experience in the logistic field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PPT, Words, etc).
Good interpersonal skills, innovative thinking, and can work in a team as well as independently.
Able to start work immediately (training will be provided).
岗位职责
To provide administrative support
To provide administrative support to daily office operations (eg. Agent PO, DO).
To handle daily administrative duties such as customer registration, answering phone calls, responding to messages, and emails, scheduling delivery schedule for agent’s customers and remark notes if any special request
To ensure proper document filing for all related files.
To engage and build a good relationship with agencies/corporate agencies forces.
To maintain a good and respectful relationship and liaise with other departments regarding agency-related matters.
