Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles
Strong knowledge of Malaysia statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDC, PCB)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Able to work independently and work under pressure
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records in payroll systems and documentation
Manage full-cycle payroll processing (including commissions, allowances, and staff loans) and ensure timely submissions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDC, and PCB
Assist in leave management and attendance tracking
Partner with Branch HOD on manpower planning and staffing needs
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws, including statutory reporting requirements
Prepare and submit yearly Form E and CP8D
Maintain and monitor lease agreements, insurance, and business licenses
Manage general office administration, including supplies and facilities
Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
