REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM of any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
• Minimum 1 Year of working experience.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To support supervisor in all inbound and outbound operation activities involving documentation control and proper records.
• Daily update from ordering system.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of invoices, credit note & debit note.
• Handling & monitoring inventory movement and arrangement.
• To conduct physical inventory checking of warehouse.
• Plan and coordinate time and delivery of inventory to customer.
• Ensure the quality and quantity deliver to customer are in accordance with sales order.
• To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior.
