Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.

  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage office operations efficiently.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Support the HR department in implementing and administering HR policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing necessary paperwork and conducting exit interviews.

  • Handle end-to-end foreign worker processes: recruitment, calling visa, permit renewal, FOMEMA, and onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Employment Act, Immigration rules, Act 446, and social audit requirements.

  • Manage foreign worker hostels, welfare, and daily HR matters (attendance, discipline, etc).

  • Liaise with agencies, Immigration, JTK, embassies, and internal departments.

  • Prepare manpower reports and track passport/permit expiry.

  • Assist in managing employee performance, including tracking performance reviews and providing support in performance improvement plans.

  • Handle general office administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Support the organization and coordination of employee engagement activities and events.
