Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred.

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)–required for handling documents and communication.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Manage correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling.

  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and meeting minutes.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts in Mandarin and English.

  • Handle office supplies, courier arrangements, and general office support.

  • Assist management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
