Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales records, processing orders, and preparing sales reports.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including social media posts and online advertisements.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Manage and organize sales documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks, contributing to overall team efficiency.
Handle social media platforms and aftersales service.
