Work Location: Butterworth, Penang
Basic Salary based on experience
Friendly, patient & service-oriented.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a bonus)
Able to multitask & respond fast.
Experience in retail/e-commerce customer service preferred.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, DM, FB & IG.
Provide product information & guide customers to the right jewellery.
Manage order updates, after-sales service & follow-ups.
Coordinate with operations team for smooth delivery.
Conduct live session as well ya and also handle walk in customer
