Requirements
Basic Salary: (RM 2,600 - RM 3,500) + Language Allowance (RM 300) + PFP (RM 300)
Working Days: Monday - Sunday (5 days week with 2 days off) - Rotating Schedule
Location: TM Annexe Bangsar
Contract: 12 months
Requirements:
SPM and above with call center experience
Fresh Graduate welcome
Able to speak & read in Mandarin language
Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To attend/answer inbound calls from customers, identify their concern on
- Registration on P Miles Card
- Customer Data Update to service and assist customers to solve the problems by providing the right solution
