Minimum Diploma in Administration/Business or related field
Good writing and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
Computer literate with working experience of Microsoft Office
A team player with a positive attitude, strong willingness to learn and pleasant, outgoing personality
Able to multi task and handle work independently with minimal supervision
Able to converse in Bahasa, English & Mandarin
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping is an added advantage
Prior working experience in a similar role is an advantage
岗位职责
Provide administrative support to the team and assist in daily office operations
Handle documentation, filing, and maintain proper records
Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and office-related documents
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
