岗位职责
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties tailored to support our sales team, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Handle the creation and processing of Sales Orders and Purchase Orders accurately and efficiently.
Efficiently schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for sales team members.
Maintain and update electronic and physical files, documents, and records with great attention to detail.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis to aid the sales team's decision-making process.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to organize and execute meetings, conferences, and sales-related events.
Assist in coordinating and documenting both internal and external sales communications.
Work closely with team members to ensure the efficient operation of sales-related office tasks.
Take on additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the Sales Manager.
