Support Homeroom teacher with planning class activities.
Facilitate classes according to the curriculum guidelines.
Participate in regular duties outside lesson times.
Offer all students equal opportunities to learn and maintain an environment in which no student is exposed to discriminatory behavior.
Undertake tasks associated with the ongoing development of the school’s curriculum.
Create a classroom environment conducive to the development of critical and creative learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students.
Maintain a safe, clean, learning environment and ensure the wellbeing and safety of the children in his/her care.
Participate in staff meetings, training days, parent-teacher conferences, and school functions according to the published schedule.
Communicate with parents on children’s learning progress when necessary.
To assist in planning, organizing & coordinate nationwide events/roadshows.
To collaborate with Internal & External stakeholders in marketing campaign & activities.
To handle and communicate with all the event support facilities, logistic, shopping mall management, various business partners, manpower arrangement for events/ roadshows set up & dismantles.
To be on site for events/ roadshows set up and work closely with on-site contractors.
Prepare budgets for program costs as part of campaign plan development.
Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies.
Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts.
To deal with bank marketing related activities(Eg: bank card promotion quarterly)
Assist with project management works such as timelines, records, budgets, proposal and payment.
Maintain up to date internal documents / records / reports such as planning sheets, time sheets, expenses, agenda, minutes, vendor list, shopping complexes.
Assist in digital & social media advertising planning, budgeting, tracking & monitoring.
ATL & BTL planning & budgeting.
Media tie up & contest & event sponsorship.
Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and website visitor data, to improve the campaign efficacy.
Undertake any other ad-hoc related duties as assigned.
