Responsible for entire recruiting process (mass hiring) including reviewing resumes, conducting telephone screens and interviews, and preparing information and offer packages.

Oversee and administer full spectrum of HR & Administration functions
Responsible for managing human resources functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, administration and employee relations in the local operations and report to superior.
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned job orders.
Engage potential candidates actively using all recruitment methods possible - web portals, job postings, databases, social media, referrals and contacts.

Source new candidates from multiple channels using local market knowledge. Contact the candidates and conduct initial screening.
When working on specific roles, coordinating with the relevant consultant to learn the job details, specific qualifications required, and the experience needed (if any) and use this information to source candidates who meet the criteria.
Providing general administrative support to the recruitment function, such as answering enquiries, supporting the sales process, and making sure that the candidates and clients always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service.
Support marketing and any other duties when as assigned.
Responsible for video content creation, planning, and execution of short videos on a social media platform that effectively drives increased engagement with followers.
Develop creative ideas, and suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content.
Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends
Able to talk in front of camera is an added advantage
Able to film video on site and have a good video filming technique
