Maintain accurate records of employee attendance - check and approve attendance;
Highlight to your Head of Department / superior if found any non-compliance / employee attendance issues eg: frequent tardiness, no clock in or out, no leave application, no location on, inaccurate location etc;
3. To assist in building a strong business relationship, facilitating the Implementation of key and effective HR initiatives and practices across RCE Group of Companies;
4. To assist in providing employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues;
5. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention and act as change agent to drive application in enabling a performance culture and engaged workforce;
