Requirements
Experience in retail / showroom sales
Interest in interior design / smart home products
Able to speak English + Mandarin
Confident in speaking with customers
Positive, energetic, and sales-driven personality
organised, customer-oriented.
Responsibilities
Process sales orders, quotations, delivery orders and invoices accurately.
Coordinate stock availability with warehouse and operations teams.
Maintain CRM records and customer documentation.
Support dealer, project and showroom enquiries.
Attend to walk-in customers professionally.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Assist customers with product selection and quotations.
Support showroom sales conversion and follow-up activities.
