Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of relevant working experience is an added advantage
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
Experience with accounting or property software is an advantage (Eg. SQL/AutoCount/ Bukku/Housing Integrated Management System (HIMS))
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Able to manage multiple responsibilities across different functions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders)
Responsibilities
1. Accounts & Finance Operations
Handle daily accounting functions including data entry, AP/AR processing, and document filing
Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and supporting financial documents
Assist in monthly bank reconciliation and preparation of management accounts
Monitor and update rental collections, tenant payments, and outstanding balances
Maintain proper accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial documentation
Assist auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and bankers with required information
Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and cash flow reporting
Support ad hoc administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned
