Kickstart Your Banking Career – Open to SPM Holders! | Executive, Rescheduling & Restructuring (Mortgage) | Petaling Jaya
Salary: RM2,000
Location: Crystal Plaza, Petaling Jaya
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:45am – 5:45pm
What We're Looking For
Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma/Degree holders are welcome to apply)
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Experience in collections or debt recovery is an added advantage
Knowledge of mortgage or credit-related products is a plus
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
Contact mortgage customers to offer refinancing and restructuring solutions
Follow up with customers on required documents
Coordinate and submit documents for processing
Monitor application progress and ensure successful completion of cases
Provide support and guidance throughout the restructuring process
