Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Assist in preparing onboarding documents.
Support new employee orientation and induction.
Update HR trackers and reports.
Assist in compiling recruitment and HR statistics.
Support ad-hoc HR administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Menara Tokio Marine Life, No. 189, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur
(5-minute walk from Ampang Park MRT/LRT Station)
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday – Friday
