Telecontinent Hiring! Full Time Call Centre Quality Assurance (Cantonese Speaker) in WP Kuala Lumpur, Earn up to MYR 4,200 - Ricebowl

• Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in call centre, customer service, or quality assurance is an added advantage.

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide objective evaluations

• Monitor and evaluate call centre interactions (calls, chats, and emails) to ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and quality guidelines.

• Provide constructive feedback and coaching recommendations to customer service agents to improve service quality and performance.

• Analyze quality trends, prepare QA reports, and highlight improvement areas to support overall operational excellence.

Working hours:

• 8:00am - 6:00pm

• Monday - Friday
  *Note: Working hours are subject to change based on business and operational requirements

Remuneration package:

• Basic: RM3,500 – RM4,200

• Language allowance : RM 300

• Attendance allowance: RM100

• KPI allowance: up to RM500

• Annual salary increment & performance bonus
