What We're Looking For
Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma & Degree holders are welcome!)
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided
Strong command of Traditional Mandarin (繁體中文)
Taiwanese accent is a plus
Comfortable working on rotational shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, contact centre, or BPO environments is an added advantage
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
Responsibilities

Work Location: Bandar Utama (On-site), MRT/LRT is nearby
Working Hours:24/7 rotational shifts(Shift allowance provided)
Working Schedule: 5 working days, 2 rest days
What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional customer support through chat and email.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
Investigate and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and data security requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Create positive customer experiences and contribute to high customer satisfaction.
