Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years sales experience (industrial gas, energy, or related industry preferred)
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Skilled in CRM tools for pipeline management, customer tracking, and sales forecasting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (able to explain technical products clearly)
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia; willing to travel within Malaysia; self-motivated and results-driven
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and grow customer base in the gas industry
- Identify new business opportunities in LPG and Natural Gas through lead generation and market research
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with tailored gas safety solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase company offerings
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve win-win agreements
- Manage sales pipeline using CRM and provide accurate sales forecasting
- Work with marketing and technical teams to improve customer satisfaction and solutions
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay competitive
