Education: Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the automotive, motorcycle, or financing industries.

Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with various motorcycle brands, technical specifications, and retail market trends.

Languages: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage

Key Traits: Proven track record of hitting sales targets, strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and excellent leadership potential.

Sales Target Achievement: Driving retail sales to meet and exceed monthly individual and showroom targets.

Dealer & Client Management: Building strong long-term relationships with walk-in buyers, repeat customers, and sub-dealers.

Deal Closing: Handling complex customer inquiries, negotiating pricing within approved limits, and closing sales effectively.

Market Promotion: Collaborating on promotional strategies, out-of-home events, or digital marketing pushes to increase showroom traffic.

Mentorship: Guiding Junior Sales team members on product knowledge, sales pitches, and administrative documentation.
